- You will be issued a tracking number after the order is fulfilled, and notified by e-mail. You will then be able to track your order by entering your order number at USPS.com
- Sorry, we do not ship outside the U.S. at the current time.
- If you place your order before 3PM EST Monday – Friday it will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
- We Accept Credit Cards, Zelle Payments, and Bitcoin.
- Yes, we do! All of our products are third-party lab tested. You can view all of the lab reports here.
- All order confirmation emails are generated automatically when you place an order. Please check your spam if it didn’t show up in your inbox. When we ship out your order, another email is generated with the tracking numbers. It may have gone to spam also if you haven’t ordered from us before.
- Please review the How to Pay with Zelle page for full instructions on about to complete your Zelle payment. Orders will not be shipped out until payment is received for Zelle or Bitcoin payment options.
- If you chose Zelle as the payment option, you must follow the Zelle instructions on sending payment within 48 hours of submitting your order or it will be automatically canceled. If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, you have only 1 hour to complete payment before the token expires. Please refer to the How to Pay page for more information on completing payment with Zelle & Cryptocurrency.
- You may access your account on this page, but if you chose Guest Checkout, then you will not be able to review your past orders. We highly recommend creating an account so you can view any orders you place from our website.
